The grand wooden doors of the Main Auditorium groaned as Aashvi and Aavya pushed them open. Immediately, they were hit by a blast of frigid air-conditioning and a wall of sound that felt like a physical force. Nearly five hundred students were packed into the hall, creating a chaotic symphony of scraping chairs, loud laughter, and the restless energy of Day One.
Aashvi scanned the room, her eyes widening. The division was almost comical. On one side, the Psychology students looked like a mosaic of bohemian comfort. Oversized sweaters, messy buns, and tote bags. On the other side sat the Commerce department, looking like they were ready to ring the bell on Wall Street.
